July 30 is the first official day that the new Reese’s Peanut Butter Chocolate Cake Cheesecake will be available; however, American Idol winner Lee DeWyze and his fellow Season 9 Finalists will have the honor of being the first to enjoy the new cheesecake on July 29, the day before National Cheesecake Day. The American Idols will make an appearance at The Cheesecake Factory in Virginia Beach, Va. prior to that evening’s American Idol Live Tour performance at the Virginia Beach Amphitheatre.

‘Glee’ Cast and Creator Offer up Details about Britney Spears Episode

The cast of “Glee” opened up to ET at Comic-Con 2010 about the highly anticipated Britney Spears episode, and FOX show creator Ryan Murphy revealed which cast member will embody the iconic pop star.

ET spoke with fan favorites Kevin McHale, Jenna Ushkowitz, Chris Colfer and Amber Riley who revealed what songs they’d like to sing on the Spears episode. Ushkowitz said she’d like to perform anything from the “Oops! I Did It Again” album, while Riley wanted to belt out the lyrics to “Stronger.”

“I’d want to do ‘Circus’ and have a harness and fly around. … I’ve thought about this, ” Colfer said of his ideal Spears performance.

A host of theatre favorites — including 2010 Tony nominee Bobby Steggert — will be heard on composer and lyricist Scott Alan’s third studio recording, “What I Wanna Be When I Grow Up, ” which is due in the fall.

Alan is currently in the studio recording the new disc, which follows his earlier recordings, “Dreaming Wide Awake” and “Keys.”

Katharine McPhee Opens Up About Her Plans to Adopt

At the Elevate Hope Foundation’s “An Evening With Angels 2? event on Sunday at Boulevard 3 in L.A., Katharine spoke to OK! about her plans for motherhood.

“Oh, yes, it’s a big question, ” Kat told OK! on whether she’d adopt. “I definitely want to, and I have always wanted to ever since I was a little girl, even before it became fashionable in Hollywood. It seems more attainable to do it now.”
