Exclusive: American Idol’s Ace Young Won’t Join Chippendales
Ace’s brother and business partner Ryan Young tells RumorFix that the male dance troupe flew Ace into Las Vegas to see the show and gauge his interest.
“But it’s not right for Ace right now, ” Ryan tells us. If Ace would have taken the job, he would replace his buddy Jeff Timmons from 98 Degrees, who’s highly-successful run there ends on June 19.
Ryan says Ace is busy writing and recording music and acting.

The X Factor returned to New Jersey on Wednesday for the first of two days of judges round auditions. EW joined an audience of roughly 5, 000 for the day’s second taping at Newark’s Prudential Center, which featured 22 contestants. What’s Next for Cheryl Cole
Cheryl Cole has weathered more than her share of drama in the last year and her ouster from the U.S. edition of X Factor is hardly the least of it. There was Cole’s divorce from English football star Ashley Cole in September of 2010, not three months after she battled malaria, which she had contracted on a trip to Tanzania with UK X Factor.
The title to her second solo album, Messy Little Raindrops, released in November of 2010, pretty much said it all, but in the last few weeks, the barrage of bad news was more like a downpour as Cole was effectively let go from the show. (To date, there has been no official explanation for what led to her dismissal, and according to one source, her camp remains “miffed” regarding the matter.) So what’s next for Cole? THR breaks down her options.

Britain’s Got Talent star Ronan Parke has blasted the anonymous blogger who helped mar his performance on the show’s final.
The 12-year-old singer became the victim of a vicious smear campaign last week, when someone claiming to be a Sony Music executive alleged the show was a fix and that Ronan had been groomed by the show’s creators.
He eventually came second in the finals last week after losing out to Jai McDowall, 24.

‘Dance’ Judge Mary Murphy Tells of More Arnold Womanizing
So You Think You Can Dance’ judge Mary Murphy shocked me and host Joy Behar on her hit HLN show recently when she revealed Arnold Schwarzenegger didn’t just have a wondering eye on housekeepers and Sandra Bernhard, he also once tried to hit on Mary’s makeup artist … in an elevator … two seconds after they met.
“He even hit on my makeup artist in two seconds, ” the dancing judge told Joy. “Two seconds in an elevator. That’s all it took. The door shut, the two of them in there, and he leans down and says, ‘Do you want to kiss me?’ And she backed up and she’s like … Well, she’s one of my makeup artists. I’m not going to say which one, but this is true, and in such a short period of time. I mean can you imagine on a daily basis how many women, though, that he has hit on. This is somebody he’d never seen before.”
