Noa’s current girlfriend, Claudia Vazquez was in possession of the footage J-Lo doesn’t want released, but she claims that that the co-executive producer of the project, Ed Meyer, allegedly took the data drive, containing the footage, from her house without her permission.

CKx Agrees to Settle Lawsuits Over Planned Sale
NEW YORK – American Idol owner CKx Inc. said Tuesday that it has agreed in principle to resolve a consolidated class action related to the pending approximately $510 million acquisition of the company by private equity firm Apollo Global Management.
It didn’t detail the financial impact, but said that the plaintiffs’ attorneys are expected to apply for an award of attorneys’ fees and expenses to be paid by CKx.
The company, which through its 19 Entertainment also produces So You Think You Can Dance and also owns rights to the name and likeness of Elvis Presley and Muhammad Ali, recently disclosed legal challenges that argued it failed to secure a fair price for its shareholders.

Carrie Underwood Holds Fan Club Party At Grand Ole Opry
Carrie Underwood held her annual fan club party at the Grand Ole Opry yesterday morning. Her fans began lining up the night before for a chance to see their favorite artist.
The party, emceed by Storme Warren, kicked off with a 45-minute performance by Carrie and her band, followed by a question and answer session. Both the set list and questions were determined by fan club members through online submissions. The event ended with a game of “Fan Club Feud” (ala Family Feud”) and prizes were awarded to the winners including a fly-away trip for two to one of Carrie’s concerts plus passes to meet Carrie again backstage.

“Idol” alum Brooke White coming to Utah to advise aspiring musicians
“American Idol” finalist Brooke White, who was memorable for her folk-pop renditions invoking Carly Simon and Carole King, will present a two-hour workshop June 23 in Salt Lake City for aspiring singers and songwriters.
The event is sponsored by Soundcheckseries, a division of Legacy Music Alliance, as part of a year-long series of workshops and expos designed to boost the careers of emerging musical artists, songwriters, and others who want to pursue opportunities in the music industry. It will be held June 23 at the Metcom Studios, 352 South 500 East, in downtown Salt Lake City beginning at 7 p.m.
