‘Idols’ discuss careers – “American Idol” finalists have been painted with makeup, dashed with powder, dressed into outfits and paraded down countless gauntlets of strangers and flashing cameras. To “American Idol” contestants that flew into Branson Airport this week, it’s all about the music and the people. “Being a musician is very cyclical: record, promotion, perform,” finalist Blake Lewis said. “I go out and listen to great musicians. Sometimes I wake up and write a song, so I don’t think about the business. I don’t worry about the radio at all. Jennifer Lopez to Judge: Let My Kids Cross the Border – Jennifer Lopez desperately wants to bring her children on her upcoming world tour with Enrique Iglesias — just one problem … the kiddies are not allowed to cross California state lines. When J.Lo and her soon-to-ex husband Marc Anthony filed for divorce — the judge ordered both sides to keep Emme and Max within the confines of Cali unless they get permission from the court. So J.Lo has filed documents … explaining that both she AND Marc are about to embark on separate concert tours … and they both want time with the kids while on the road.
