Meat Loaf loves Steven Tyler, but not on ‘American Idol’

“I think Steven is one of the great rock vocalists of all time, ” says Meat Loaf. “I have so much respect for him [but] there’s just something about me that says, ‘I love Steven but I don’t want to see him on American Idol. I just don’t.’ So there may be some people out there that feel the same way about me [and think] ‘God, I can’t believe Meat Loaf is on Celebrity Apprentice. I just can’t watch him on that.'”

Matthew Morrison is one busy guy these days. Aside from his starring role on Fox’s hit show “Glee, ” he’s been recording his debut solo album, which will be released in May. Morrison describes the album, which has yet to be given a title, as “Justin Timberlake meets Michael Buble.” No matter how well the album does, though, it’s already made one of Morrison’s dreams come true: He got to sing a duet with one of music’s true legends, Elton John, and he described for us how it felt to sing with him.
