‘American Idol’ star Fantasia cancels Phoenix date – “American Idol” winner Fantasia Barrino, who goes by Fantasia, has canceled a concert scheduled for Thursday, Sept. 19, at the Celebrity Theatre. No reason has been given for the cancellation. – Read more at AZ Central

‘Glee’s’ Grant Gustin to Play Flash on The CW’s ‘Arrow’ – The actor just landed the role as Barry Allen AKA The Flash on The CW’s “Arrow,” which could transition Gustin into the star of a backdoor pilot spinoff for “Flash,” a Warner Bros. TV representative told TheWrap. Gustin will guest star on three episodes — 208, 209 and 220, which will serve as the backdoor pilot. In the meantime, Grant will appear as the evil Warbler, and nemesis, Sebastian, on the Glee Season 5 premiere. – Read more at The Wrap

Juliette Jams and More – “After T Bone came in to executive-music-produce, I would produce the bulk of the songs with him,” Miller tells TVLine. Of the roughly 100 tracks laid down for the drama’s freshman run, he adds, Burnett “produced some on his own, I did a few on my own. And there were a few outside producers, too.” What that means: Miller knows Rayna & Co. right down to their bass lines — and he’s got no intention of changing the show’s signature sound. “The standard was set last year for using really great songs,” he says. “We’re trying to continue that.” – Read more at TV Line
