American Idol’s C.J. Harris: My Son Helped Me Through the Week – C.J. Harris wants to be the next American Idol, but he has one fan that means more to him than all the others – his 2-year-old son, Jordan.
“It really helped me out a lot to get away and have my son with me,” Harris told PEOPLE after Wednesday night’s performance show. Their time together was the first since Harris became an American Idol top 12 contestant more than two months ago. “I would get done with my day around 7 p.m. and would run over there and stay with him until around 1 a.m.,” said the doting father. – Read more at People
