‘New Year’s Rockin’ Eve’: Ariana Grande, The Fray, Capital Cities, and Daughtry set to perform – EW has learned exclusively that ABC has added four performers to the roster for Dick Clark’s New Year’s Rockin’ Eve with Ryan Seacrest 2014. Capital Cities, Daughtry, Ariana Grande, and The Fray are all hitting the stage at the West Coast party, which will be hosted by Fergie. The Voice’s Tessanne Chin Opens Up About the Loss That Almost “Sidelined” Her – “I was in his kitchen when [Adam] told me the song, and I was like, ‘What about this song?’ and he just gets this look where you know there’s no arguing,” Tessanne explained. “When he sets on, you just know. I was like OK. ‘The Voice”s James Wolpert stars in short film – They’re feedback for a short film – “The Perils of Growing Up Flat-Chested” by Yulin Kuang, which was posted on YouTube Nov. 26, 2013. The film features original music by Wolpert, who also acts as the film’s main character’s love interest. “It was great,” he said of the experience. “It was super fun, really low pressure – not a super high budget thing. It was just a chance for me to sit down with some of my friends, peers and classmates and make something cute and fun.”
