CHRIS MARTIN, JANELLE MONÁE, WILLIE NELSON, ED SHEERAN AND USHER TO PERFORM ON “STEVIE WONDER: SONGS IN THE KEY OF LIFE – AN ALL-STAR GRAMMY® SALUTE,” MONDAY, FEB. 16 – The first performances for STEVIE WONDER: SONGS IN THE KEY OF LIFE – AN ALL-STAR GRAMMY SALUTE have been announced, and include seven-time GRAMMY Award winner Chris Martin of Coldplay, singer/songwriter Janelle Monáe, 11-time GRAMMY winner, Willie Nelson, current GRAMMY nominee Ed Sheeran and eight-time GRAMMY winner Usher. The primetime special, presented by The Recording Academy®, AEG Ehrlich Ventures and CBS, will pay homage to Wonder’s iconic career with superstar performances that celebrate his incomparable songbook. Band Delta Rae, country star Danielle Bradbery to headline Galveston Mardi Gras – Folk rock band Delta Rae and country star Danielle Bradbery, will give headline performances at Texas’ largest Mardi Gras celebration next month in Galveston. Delta Rae, the Durham, North Carolina-based group known for its highly praised debut album Carry the Fire, will perform live at 5:30 p.m. Saturday, Feb. 7 in downtown Galveston’s Saengerfest Park during the kick-off weekend of Mardi Gras! Pentatonix’s Kevin Olusola: ‘There’s a Uniqueness Inherent in What We Do’ – Did you always know you wanted to make a Christmas album? Seeing the success of PTXmas, the deluxe edition, and especially “Little Drummer Boy,” the single, I think we realized that Christmas could be a very special time for us. So we were thinking about doing a Christmas album. I don’t think it started to really crystalize until we finished PTX, Vol. III — that was finished on tour. We started working on some pieces around July, but things didn’t start crystalizing until after we came back from our Asia tour in August. That’s when we really started hitting it hard. Fox Schedules Red Band Society’s Final Three Episodes for Saturday Nights – While Fox decided in November not to pick up any more than the 13 originally ordered episodes — which is usually a sure sign of impending cancellation — the network has decided to schedule the show’s final three installments. A Fox spokesperson confirmed Red Band Society will return to the schedule on Saturday, Jan. 31 at 9/8c, and then conclude its run with back-to-back episodes on Feb. 7 at 8/7c.
