CHRISTINA AGUILERA TO PERFORM WITH FLO RIDA AND A GREAT BIG WORLD ON LIVE NOV. 4-5 EPISODES OF ‘THE VOICE’ – UNIVERSAL CITY, Calif. — November 1, 2013 — “The Voice” coach Christina Aguilera will be performing live on the Nov. 4-5 telecasts of NBC’s highly rated and Emmy Award-winning musical-competition series. On the Nov. 4 show, Aguilera and Flo Rida will duet on “How I Feel,” which is the first official single from his upcoming fifth studio album entitled “The Perfect 10.” The following night, Aguilera and A Great Big World will team on “Say Something.” In addition, singer-songwriter Sara Bareilles will perform the single “Brave,” from her album “The Blessed Unrest,” on the Nov. 12 episode of “The Voice.” Team Adam and Team Blake are performing on the Nov. 4 telecast while Team Christina and Team CeeLo will hit the stage on Nov. 5. – Read more at NBC
Adam Lambert talks ‘Glee,’ new music project, Freddie Mercury – Adam Lambert has a whole lot shaking with his career these days. But first up: the 31-year-old American Idol standout is taking some care of business close to his heart. The Grammy nominee will perform at the 19th Annual InterContinental Miami Make-A-Wish ball. In its 18-year history, the event has raised more than $12.3 million, enough to grant wishes for 2,620 children with life-threatening medical conditions. “I’ve been aware of Make-A-Wish for a long time and have granted a few wishes myself,” said Lambert by phone from Los Angeles. “I love the organization, it’s so hopeful. ‘American Idol’ finalist Jason Castro enjoys faith connection as his music career blossoms – MCALESTER — With his distinctive dreadlocks and laid-back style, Jason Castro has been embraced by fans of contemporary Christian music. Castro, 26, said the Christian music scene is a natural fit for him since he was raised in the church and played music with his father, who led worship.
