Scotty McCreery Patriots Rally BTS
American Idol season 10 winner Scotty McCreery is a Pats fan by way of his native New Englander father. He headlined a New England Patriots rally in Houston on Saturday.
Season 5 ‘American Idol’ winner Taylor Hicks to perform in Loveland – “This particular tour is a real intimate acoustic tour,” said Hicks, “It’s kind of like ‘Idol’ up close so to speak.” Hicks will perform at 8 p.m. Saturday, Feb. 11, at the Rialto Theater Center, 228 E. Fourth St., Loveland. Tickets range from $28 to $40. The show will be a mix of songs Hicks’ performed on “American Idol” and from the records he’s released and maybe some previews of new material. “I’m gearing up for a new record and a new single,” he said. Hicks describes the next release as more rootsy with a little more country music feel to it. “I just let the actual music and songs lead the way so to speak,” he said of the sound.
