QUEEN + ADAM LAMBERT POSTPONE UPCOMING RHAPSODY EUROPE TOUR OVER CORONAVIRUS PANDEMIC CONCERNS. – Queen + Adam Lambert regretfully announced today that their upcoming 27-date UK & European Rhapsody tour is being postponed due to the on-going global coronavirus outbreak. The 2020 tour was due to start in Italy on May 24, with the itinerary also including a massive run of 10 London O2 concerts as well as a pair of shows each in Manchester and Birmingham, before further mainland Europe dates were set to conclude with two Madrid shows on July 7 & 8. The decision has been made with the safety of our audiences, band, crew and venue staff in mind and with close on 400,000 tickets sold across the tour, was not a decision taken lightly. Q&A: ‘American Idol’ is over for YZthaSinger of St. Louis, but he’s just getting started – How would you describe your “Idol” experience in one word? A • Learning. I learned a lot about myself about interacting with other people. Being at home, I don’t get to be around music-inclined people, super-talented people. I was given certain nuggets on the show and loved being out there. Q • What kind of nuggets? A • One of the most important things was about my name. I go by YZthaSinger, but the judges told me I give off an entertainer vibe. I don’t want to just be a singer. I’m open to doing more. I wanna act and dance. American Idol 9 alum Tori Kelly thinks it would be ‘fun’ to be a judge on ‘American Idol’ – Tori says that whilst she’d love to follow in the footsteps of Lionel Richie, Katy Perry and Luke Bryan – the current judges – she would find it challenging having to give feedback to the hopefuls and sending acts home on the show.
