interview: haley reinhart – So after listening to Better, I was so blown away that I had to listen to your previous album. Was the recording process different as compared to your debut? Thanks! Listen Up! was written & recorded fairly quickly, I’d say in a 4-6 month time period. Where as some of the songs on Better date back even 4 years ago. I took all of my favorite demos and morphed them with live band recordings for each tune. It was a very tedious process and I was even more hands-on as far as production goes. – Read more at TongueTiedMagazine
