Last-minute plan change kept Jessica Meuse from Las Vegas shooting scene – “So, I came here because of the Route 91 Harvest festival,” Meuse said. “That’s the sole reason that I was here in the first place. I’ve never been to Vegas before. This is really creepy.” Meuse’s mother, Sheila Meuse of Deatsville, said they’d tried to reach each other by phone since the incident. “We couldn’t talk because all phone circuits were busy,” Sheila said.
