Adam Lambert Wants A Role In The Freddie Mercury Movie… And He Has A VERY Specific Part In Mind! – However, Adam has now revealed he’d like a part in the movie too – one where he gets to play one of Freddie’s lovers! “I’d want to be in bed with Freddie. I think that would be appropriate at this point,” Adam revealed to Digital Spy. “I don’t usually say things on the record, but that’s the part I want. I want to be one of his lovers. “I’ve had little conversations with [Brian May] about it,” he explained, about the biopic film. “I asked about how times have changed as far as being open about somebody’s private life. They haven’t quite figured it out yet as the movie is still in development.” – Read more at Capital FM
Adam Lambert praises ‘badass’ Bruce Springsteen for LGBT protest – Speaking about the issue in a video interview with NME (watch above), Lambert said: “I’m not here to say what is wrong or right. I understand why [Springsteen] would do it, especially if you are an artist with that kind of clout and legacy. It’s a great way to send a message of support or rejection to legislation. It is too bad that those [laws] are happening right now.” “I think it’s pretty badass that [Springsteen and the E Street Band] cancelled their shows,” he added. “I’ve been in a couple of circumstances like that and I’m always trying to be sensitive to people’s sensitivities. You have to be careful but there’s a real eloquent way to make statements about that kind of stuff.” – Read more at NME

Watching the End of American Idol With the Idols It Made – Idol is really good at making you cry,” Kris Allen, Season 8 winner of American Idol, said about the show that made him famous. “It’s really good.” He and I were sitting in the inner recesses of the Loews Hotel last Wednesday, adjacent to the Dolby Theatre in Hollywood, where the series finale of American Idol as we know it would take place the following night.
