Gag order imposed in Jennifer Hudson case after TMZ report – Hudson requested the gag order as she accused Otunga or his representative of talking to TMZ, which cited unnamed sources in its Nov. 28 report that Otunga was given temporary custody of David Otunga Jr. for the majority of the time as Hudson tapes episodes of “The Voice.” Otunga “was not awarded custody of the parties’ minor child, he was not named the primary custodial parent, nor was he previously the primary caregiver.
