Adam Lambert, Jane Fonda and Lily Tomlin Join Los Angeles LGBT Center Telethon on KTLA (EXCLUSIVE) – The Los Angeles LGBT Center will host its second annual live Love in Action telethon on Aug. 14. The star-studded lineup includes Adam Lambert, Jane Fonda, Lily Tomlin and “RuPaul’s Drag Race” Manila Luzon. The two-hour event will be hosted by Jane Lynch and KTLA 5 news anchor Cher Calvin. Last year’s inaugural telethon raised $1.3 million. Love in Action broadcasts live 7-9 p.m. PT on Aug. 14 on KTLA 5. It will also stream on KTLA+. – Read more at Variety

Rising star Chevel Shepherd to perform at Darby “Twisted Nut” Rodeo – The Darby Rodeo Association is hosting the Twisted Nut sanctioned two-day bull-riding event, July 9 and 10, followed by a 90-minute dance party of classic country tunes by Chevel Shepherd and her band on Saturday. “As I’ve grown up, I’ve still stayed a part of the rodeo community,” she said. “I don’t barrel race anymore, but I sure do love to attend and watch all the events. I’m an ambassador for the Professional Bull Riders and just love the rodeo community. Everybody has so much heart, grace, and passion for what they do. Law enforcement sources tell TMZ … the police were called early Monday morning to the site of Sofia and her hubby’s L.A.-area property — one which we’re told is being worked on with major renovations … including a new paint job that had just been completed. The once-over of their home was absolutely ruined, we’re told, by a guy cops say was on-site when officers arrived … whom our sources say fessed up to some major vandalism on the exterior … which he told the police he’d just completed prior to their arrival. Our sources say the dude used orange paint to write AND etch his social media handles all over and into the walls, plus what we’re told were messages for SV … whom, like we mentioned, this guy believes is his actual mother, and wants to get a hold of her via IG or something. – Read more at TMZ
