Chris Colfer dropped by the Conan show to promote the return of Glee on November 1 (YAY) and the new Glee Season 2 DVD.
Chris chose between two Glee episode submissions for his Emmy nomination this year. One where he was humiliated in front of the school, the other where his Dad almost died. This, for the best supporting comedy category. “I’m kind of screwed” he admits. His Glee character Kurt Hummel is “A sad boy, ” explains Chris, who goes through “A Meryl Streep movie of emotions.”
Plus, grandma noises, the ways in which Chris’s special needs sister keeps him totally grounded (She’s completely unimpressed with his success), terrifying teenaged girls, and photos of Chris’s award winning Halloween costumes.
Unfortunately due to copyright issues with FOX, I had to edit out the Glee clip that demonstrated Chris’s amazing mash-up of Barbra Streisand and Ninja skillz, but you’ll get the idea.
