UPDATE: Jessica Sanchez will make her first appearance on Glee as Frida Romero, the lead of a rival glee club, Hoosierdaddies, from Indianapolis.

UPDATE: “Santana’s dream is to dance. She ends the episode taking (extension) dance classes at NYADA. She has two jobs: waitressing at Coyote Ugly and cage dancing.” Via Tumblr

UPDATE: Glee Zone Description:

Will raises cause for concern when he learns that one of New Directions’ competitors at Regionals has a secret weapon in the form of a diminutive sophomore with a voice so powerful it could spell the gleeks’ undoing.

When McKinley suffers a mass power outage leaving the glee club unable to rehearse with their electronic equipment, Will takes advantage of the situation by going “unplugged” in the hopes it will encourage the kids to find their own big voice; the assignment leads Artie and the others to discover a unique and exciting new sound.

As Sue seems perfectly content with her new career as a hardcore aerobics instructor at a local gym, Blaine – convinced there was more to her firing than she is willing to admit – sets out to learn the truth in a bid to vindicate the former Cheerios! coach. While Ryder continues to try and discover who he has been carrying on his text-only romance with, he reveals an embarrassing secret to the rest of the kids, leading to the discovery of a kindred spirit. Meanwhile in New York, worried that Santana is wasting her talents dancing at (and on) bars, Kurt and Rachel encourage her to take steps towards achieving her dreams despite the fact that she’s not even sure what it is she wants.

In Ohio, at McKinley, there is a blackout and the students have to cope in a world without lights. Looks like it’s the return of Crime! Fighting! Blaine! As he tries to coax the truth of what REALLY happened in Sue’s office during the gun incident.

UPDATE: Will and Finn reunion! Plus, the kids perform acoustic songs during the blackout!

In New York City? Get ready for the return of Sarah Jessica Parker as Isabelle Wright, the editor of Vogue.com. Sarah has been in two episodes so far: 4×03, “The Make Over” and 4×08, “Thanksgiving.”  Once Kurt was admitted to NYADA in 4×09, “Swan Song”, however, the Kurt’s Vogue story line was dropped, with barely a mention. Is he still working there? We’ll find out in 4×20.  I  loved the Isabelle-Kurt friendship. Needless to say, I’m psyched that Sarah is returning.

Isabele, Rachel, Kurt, and Santana  will perform “At the Ballet” from the Broadway Musical,  A Chorus Line.  Indeed, Lea Michele and Naya Rivera were tweeting excitedly about performing with Sarah and Chris Colfer.  Naya revealed that she was trying on gowns for the performance.

Check out the press release! Isabelle asks Kurt to volunteer at the Vogue.com charity event. Kurt says yes, and brings Rachel and Santana along…

UPDATE: Check out this Photo Gallery from the “At The Ballet” performance, featuring Sarah Jessica Parker, tweeted by Ryan Murphy, Lea Michele and Naya Rivera. Ryan tweeted that the number was Sarah’s idea! If the photos are any indication, the performance looks to be very elegant.  Don’t miss the adorable photo of the 3 mini mes, which I assume will be part of the number, in flashbacks.

Also in this episode, a trio of mini-mes were cast–younger versions of Rachel (5-7), Kurt (3) and Santana (5-7). Here’s the photographic evidence that the wee ones were on set:
