Fantasia reveals the cover art and tracklist of her forthcoming album, Side Effects of You.
The collection from the Season 3 American Idol winner, boasts 13 songs that were produced by U.K. songwriter-composer Harmony.
According to Fantasia’s Facebook page, the album will be released on April 23 and will be available for pre-order on March 19. There will also be a Deluxe Target exclusive that includes a few extra songs.

And in other news? The editor of JET magazine apologized to Fantasia, but not for using an old photo of the singer on the magazines front cover.

Initially, Jet magazine stood by their decision to run the photo although they were disappointed by Fantasia’s disapproval. After that, per Madame Noire, Jet editor Mitzi Miller took to her personal Facebook page to vent, writing, “The fact that I wasted an hour of my workday writing a press release to address an issue created by a person who cannot even read it is just… #whyiwannaBahousewife.”
Shortly after this post started to circulate, Mitzi issued an apology via Madame Noire. “I apologize for the lack of sensitivity shown in my Facebook post,” she said. “It was a thoughtless comment made during a moment of frustration. It was unprofessional and not representative of the JET mission, which is to uplift. I regret letting my emotions get the best of me. I am truly apologetic.”
Now, for THAT, an apology was definitely owed to Fantasia.
