After the first season’s ground-breaking ratings, many stars have lined up to on Empire, including singer/producer/songwriter Ne-Yo, is set to compose music for the series, alongside series music producer, Timbaland. Comedian Chris Rock, R&B singer, Alicia Keys and rocker, Lenny Kravitz, have also signed up for season 2 guest spots.
Empire season 2 will air 18 episodes in two uninterrupted installments. Part one in the fall will lead up to a big cliffhanger, followed by part 2 in the spring.
