Chris Daughtry debuted an acoustic version of a brand new Daughtry song, “Rescue Me” at the Event Center in the Seneca Niagara Casino in Niagara Falls, NY.
The song written by Chris and his guitar player Josh Steely, is set to appear on the band’s upcoming album, due out by the end of the year.
In it’s acoustic form, the chorus sounds like a 50’s ballad? Like an Everly Brothers/Buddy Holly vibe. Maybe it’s the song’s sweet simplicity that’s bringing me back in time…
What do you think, peeps of Daughtry’s new song?
