Dancing with the Stars 22 Cast Reveal Set for March 8

The all new celebrity cast of ABC’s Dancing with the Stars will be revealed live, Tuesday, March 8, on Good Morning America it was announced on GMA today.  Already announced: Grumpy Len Goodman will return to the panel, while former pro Julianne Hough is leaving to pursue her acting and singing career.

Our Frankie is returning to live blog the season and will be up bright and early on 3/8 to live blog the big reveal. Do not miss. A few of the cast members will leak ahead of time, but it looks like ABC has abandoned last season’s strategy of staggering the cast announcements–doling out “scoops” to media outlets over the course of a week. That was not fun to blog. Glad we’re back to the usual way of doing things. Check out all the details from ABC below:

This season’s exciting new cast of Dancing with the Stars will be revealed live, TUESDAY, MARCH 8, exclusively on Good Morning America (7:00-9:00 a.m. EST) on the ABC Television Network. The competition begins with an all-new cast of celebrities who will brave the dance floor for the very first time. Each week these celebrities will leave their comfort zones and endure hours of grueling rehearsals to master technical choreography and entertaining performances. In the end, only one star will rise above the rest to be crowned champion and win the coveted Mirrorball trophy.

Hosted by Emmy Award-winning host Tom Bergeron (“America’s Funniest Home Videos”) and Erin Andrews (sports host and “Dancing with the Stars” Season 10 finalist), Dancing with the Stars is the hit series in which celebrities perform choreographed dance routines which are judged by a panel of renowned ballroom experts including head judge, Len Goodman, dancers/choreographers Bruno Tonioli and Carrie Ann Inaba.  The all-new season of Dancing with the Stars premieres MONDAY, MARCH 21 (8:00-10:01 p.m. EST).
