Meet Dancing with the Stars season 33 Celebrity Cast and Pro Partners!
Good Morning America announced the Dancing with the Stars season 33 celebrity cast and their professional dancing partners on Wednesday (Sept 4). Co-hosted by Alfonso Ribeiro and Julianne Hough, the series returns for its 33rd season Tuesday, September 17 (8:00-10:00 p.m. EDT), simulcast LIVE on ABC and Disney+, and available next day on Hulu.
Controversial casting
Disney/ABC previously revealed that famous grifter and criminal, Anna Delvey and 2024 Olympic star Stephen Nedoroscik as members of the 2024 cast.
Talk about contrast! Anna is basically a sociopath who ripped off dozens of people in New York City as she cosplayed as a European heiress. It’s pretty gross–but typical–that DWTS is helping to rehabilitate her. “Some view her as a cunning scam artist, while others see her as a charismatic and ambitious entrepreneur who took advantage of New York City’s social elite in an effort to open a prestigious art studio,” says the press release Uh. the first thing is the correct take.
Gymnast Stephen Nedoroscik, popularly known as the “pommel horse guy,” is a distinguished American gymnast who helped the US Men’s Gymnastic team garner their first team medal (bronze) in 16 years.
The cast also includes Julia Roberts brother and father to Emma Roberts, Eric Roberts. Believe it or not, in the 80s, Eric was the famous sibling while Julia came on the scene as a young newcomer. His acting career has been hit or miss the last 30 years. Additionally, reality star and Beverly Hills 90210 star, Tori Spelling, is in the cast, seeking her next paycheck.
Additionally, two Bachelor Nation alums, Joey Graziadei from The Bachelor season 28 and Jenn Tran, the most recent Bachelorette are both joining the show. Jenn’s season ended on Tuesday night! She also appeared on The Bachelor season 28. Joey sent her home just before the Hometown visits. No hard feelings on the dance floor?
A pro promoted, another returns
Big news on the Pro Dancer front: Ezra Sosa has been promoted to Pro from the dance troupe. Bad news: He’s partnered with the sociopath. Good luck! Also, Witney Carson is BACK. She lives in Utah with her husband and is raising a family.
Carrie Ann Inaba, Bruno Tonioli and Derek Hough return to the judges panel.
