Dancing With The Stars 11 – Week 7 – Performance

The Dancing With the Stars 200th show was surprisingly fun and filler free. Loved seeing all the dancers and pros come back. Although, the dancers who worked as “guest judges” were pretty useless. Although I laughed when Kelly Osbourne told Bristol Palin she had “big shoes to fill”. Kelly, by the way, looked fabulous!

Brandy and Jennifer are tied in first place this week with 64 points apiece. Hey, I think I’m on team Brandy now! She and Maks have developed some nice chemistry, plus Brandy has really grown throughout the competition. Just as I suspected, it seems that Jennifer’s old injuries are acting up. It will be interesting to see how she holds up through the finale. I’ll be surprised if she doesn’t make it until the bitter end.

Who is going home this week? Bristol had the lowest scores, but she seems to have people, so I don’t know…Kyle, Kurt or Rick maybe…

Tomorrow night’s Results show is at 8 pm, to make room for election results.

Videos and Live blog after the JUMP…

Tonight’s episode of Dancing with the Stars is the 200th episode. A slew of former dancing stars are set to make an appearance tonight. More than 50!

I’m live blogging here!

Pros from all 11 seasons open the show with a performance to “Crazy in Love”. – VIDEO

Tom introduces the stars from each season. Nobody there from Season 6!

Tom introduces the team captains: Kristi Yamaguchi on her team are: Bristol and Mark, Rick and Cheryl and Kyle and Lacey. On Apolo Ohno’s team is Kurt and Anna, Brandy and Maks and Jennifer and Derek. Next is a video package introducing the teams and reviewing rehearsal.

Team Kristi is first, dancing the Cha cha cha! – The guys are lucky, they don’t have to do the heavy lifting. Shake your booties, girls! Bristol? As stiff and personality free as ever! Kyle has a few smooth moves. His charm will get him through. Len says, “It’s a tough week for all of you, you have to learn it plus you individual dances, I’ve got to say, you underdogs have got quite a bite.” Bruno says, “I love the 3 boys with the Michael Jackson section. You went wrong Bristol, but you’e been a fish out of water.” Cheryl says, “Bristol, you’re right with them, Rick you were on fire.” – Carrie Ann – 8, Len 8, Bruno 8 – 24 – Dance/Scores

Team Apolo dances the Cha cha cha: You’ve got your Brandy and your Jennifer in this group and they are dancing their asses off. Rick gets to take a free ride! Rick is a lot of fun to watch. Go Brandy go! The crowd goes NUTS. Bruno says, Bruno says, “Loved it.” Carrie Ann says, “Very tight, very crisp. you didn’t dumb down the routine.” Len says, “Individually you all upped your game.” Carrie Ann – 9, Len – 9, Bruno – 9 – 27 – DanceScores

Round two – Each of the couples will attempt to replicate a dance from one of the iconic stars, with that star judging.

Mel B takes the stage and squeezes Tom’s butt. We take a look at her Paso Doble with Maks that made the list of all time dances.

Kyle Massey and Lacey Schwimmer – Maks & Mel B Paso Doble – OMG Kyle has to “channel” Maks. He draws abs on his chest, and it is tragic. But actually, he’s holding his own. Lacy has no problems with the Mel B part. Len says, “That was your best dance.” Mel says, “That was amazing. You blew me away. You were very sexy.” Bruno says, “You had the attack and the energy of an untamed bull. You’ve got to keep your shoulders down.” Carrie Ann, “That was a hard number…You did exactly the same thing [As Mel].” – Carrie Ann – 10, Carrie Ann – 9, Len – 8, Bruno 8 – 35 – 59!-800-868-3403 – Intro/DanceScores

Emmitt Smith takes the stage. Emmitt was just inducted into the Hall of Fame. His memorable dance was a Tango with Cheryl.

Kurt Warner and Anna Trebunskaya – Emmitt & Cheryl’s Tango – Kurt takes Anna to the football field. Smile Kurt! It’s not that bad. He does not look comfortable doing the tango. Playful Kurt is a lot more fun to watch. Bruno says, “You went from Mission Impossible to Mission Possible. Much stronger this week.” Carrie Ann says, “Emmitt brought the character to life…you changed the dance to suit you.” Emmitt says, “You’re dapper, you look good, I saw something that was very special.” Len says, “You’ve come back, you were sharp, there was drama, your hold could have been a little tighter.” Emmitt – 10, Carrie Ann – 8, Len – 8, Bruno – 8 – 34 – 611-800-868-3408 – Intro/DanceScores

Tom introduces Kelly Osbourne. Kelly looks beautiful! Her memorable dance with Louis is the Viennese Waltz. Kelly says the show changed her life so much. Bristol has honesty and heart, says Kelly.

Bristol Palin and Mark Ballas – Kelly & Louis’s Viennese Waltz – There are parallels between Kelly and Bristol–they both started from scratch as dancers. Carrie Ann says, “You have that power to touch us. I find you so endearing, but you are slightly detached.” Kelly says, “You stole my heart, you gave me goosebumps. You had big shoes to fill (!!!). You did fantastic.” Len says, “I enjoyed it very much. You still lack chemistry together. Good footwork.” Bruno says, “Your a natural mover, You can ignite a little more. You started out of nowhere, and you did very well with it.” Why not say it? Bristol is boring as hell to watch. – Kelly – 9, Carrie Ann – 8, Len – 8, Bruno – 8 – 33 – 571-800-868-3407 – Intro/DanceScores

Tom introduces Season 5 champion Helio Castroneves. His memorable dance is the quickstep with Julianne.

Rick Fox and Cheryl Burke – Helio & Julianne’s Quickstep – Eliza Dushku is Rick’s girlfriend. I didn’t even know that. She shows up to rehearsal. Rick has a perma smile pasted on his face. Don’t try so hard Rick! Len says, “But when you come out an enjoy yourself, we enjoy it. It was good.” Bruno says, “You did your best performance More faces than Jim Carrey.” Helio says, “That was incredible. I can’t believe you stole that kiss!” Carrie Ann says, “By far your best dance.” – Helio= 10, Carrie Ann – 9, Len – 9, Bruno – 9 37 – 611-800-868-3404 – Intro/Dance/Scores

Gilles Marini takes the stage. His memorable dance is the Foxtrot with Cheryl. Gilles is looking for Brandy to “take charge”. I don’t think she’s supposed to do that.

Brandy and Maks Chmerkovskiy – Gilles & Cheryl’s Foxtrot – I like Brandy’s gloves! Brandy is tearing it up. I think she’s my favorite right now. Brono says, “That was a foxtrot…relentless eroticism” Gilles says, “I got goosebumps all over my body.” Carrie Ann says, “You totally transfered between elegance and [sex]”, Len says, “We just witnessed the most fantastic foxtrot.” Len is mad the other judges are picking at a little mistake. – Gilles – 9, Carrie Ann – 9, Len – 10, Bruno – 9 37 – 641-800-868-3406 – Intro/DanceScores

Season 2 champion, Drew Lachey takes the stage. His memorable dance is the Tango with Cheryl.

Jennifer Grey and Derek Hough – Drew & Cheryl’s Tango – Jennifer’s body is real beat up. She starts crying in rehearsal. The tango is good, but not spectacular. Carrie Ann says, “You came back and blew the doors off.” Len says, “Really well done.” Drew says, “musicality was amazing.” Bruno says, “A phoenix rising from the ashes. You can go all the way in this one. A comeback! What a perfect reality show moment *cough* – Drew – 10, Carrie Ann – 9, Len – 9, Bruno – 9 – 37 – 641-800-868-3411Intro/DanceScores
