Apple, who made selling digital downloads a profitable business, continues to be the most valuable public company in the world. It’s market value is $800B. They are worth more than a lot of countries.
WMG reports revenues are up for the 7th straight quarter. Their ratio of streams to downloads is 3:1. Streaming revenue is $300M while revenue for the quarter was $825M, up 11% from $745M.
