Crystal Bowersox made a side trip to her home town, Toledo, OH today to perform live on the Mary Beth and Rick show, 101.5 the River.
Crystal plans to re-record several of her pre-Idol songs on her upcoming album, and to bring members of her old band into the fold.
She heads back to Detroit today, where the Top 10 will begin rehearsing for their July 1 Idol tour debut. When the tour hits her home town, Crystal says she’ll perform “Holy Toledo” or maybe another one of her originals. She’s written around 120 songs.
UPDATE: Oh, and watch out for the Crystal Bowresox corn maze. A local farmer created the maze, which will officially open the weekend of Sept. 11. Check out the photo from FOX Toledo (and after the jump)
