Coach Alicia Keys Performs “Holy War” on The Voice (VIDEO)

Coach Alicia Keys opened her musical appearance on The Voice Tuesday night with her current single, “Blended Family.” But after singing a bit of the song a cappella, she stopped and explained that she was PLANNING on performing “Blended Family.” However, recent political events moved her to perform “Holy War” instead. The song, a powerful plea for love and understanding is also from her brand new studio album, Here.

The Voice Top 12 results show had another political moment, when coach Adam Levine and his team including Billy Gilman, Josh Gallagher and Brendan Fletcher sang Buffalo Springfield’s “For What It’s Worth.” Check out that performance and all the results in our The Voice Top 12 Results Recap.
