Chris Cornell: Reality Stars Mourn the Loss of an Iconic Rocker

In the wake of the untimely death of iconic rocker Chris Cornell, reality stars took to social media to pay their respects. David Cook, Adam Lambert, Chris Daughtry, Alisan Porter, Meghan Linsey, James Durbin, Phillip Phillips and many more paid their respects on Thursday after the sad news broke.

As a kid from the 90’s that wanted to be a singer someday I was immediately drawn to Chris Cornell and Soundgarden. His voice stood out among the rest. I would emulate things he did….or at least try to. In high school I had a long drive in the mornings. When that first Audioslave record came out me and my brother wore it out. Belting every song on the way to school and back home. When I was recording Horizons with Charlie Peacock, he told me that he had just finished recording with Chris Cornell. I may have lost it a little bit. Couldn’t believe I was going to record in the same place as him! All that to say I am a huge fan and he was/is a huge inspiration. My thoughts and prayers are with his family. #ripchriscornell #chriscornell #chriscornellisalegend
