CBS Unveils 2025-2026 schedule including, Survivor, The Amazing Race and new competition The Road ft Blake Shelton and Keith Uran
On Wednesday (May 7) CBS announced its 2025-2026 primetime programming lineup. Survivor and The Amazing Race will air across a three hour block on Wednesdays. And then Survivor returns in the Spring with hits massive 50th season.
Additionally, A new music reality series starring Blake Shelton from The Voice, Keith Urban from American Idol and Gretchen Wilson (Shhhh. she’s most likely Pearl on The Masked Singer this season and will be unmasked TONIGHT on the finale). The series is produced by Blake Shelton and the folks who brought fans the Yellowstone universe: Taylor Sheridan and David C. Glasser. Keith is also a producer.
The Road offers viewers a backstage pass into the gritty and unforgiving life of a touring artist. With exclusive access to behind-the-scenes workings of the music industry, viewers will see what happens when some of the best up-and-coming performers pile into a tour bus and tackle a grueling schedule in pursuit of their dreams.
The docu-follow format trails Keith Urban on his journey to discover the next big artist alongside Gretchen Wilson, who acts as the “tour manager.” Singers will join the headliner on tour, performing as opening acts in venues across the country. They will compete to win over local fanbases to secure a spot in the next city and remain on the tour.
