Nakia, has some advice for those of you planning to audition for The Voice this summer. The Top 8 contestant with the big soulful voice, who was a member of Team Cee Lo tells hopefuls to be polite to cast and crew and most importantly–sing from your heart.

American Idol alum Blake Lewis invited fellow alum Elliott Yamin and The Voice contestants Nakia and Vicci Martinez on stage at his LA Grove gig last night to sample some vocals.

It took a little bit of doing to get everything recorded, but once they did, the quartet performed a rendition of Blake’s “She Loves The Way.”

Javier Colon, the winner of NBC’s The Voice, sang The National Anthem at Dodger’s field before the baseball game on Thursday.

Instead of performing it a’capella, Javier accompanied himself on acoustic guitar.

The Hollywood Reporter reports that Christina Aguilera will return as coach to Season 2 of The Voice.

ETA: NBC press release confirms that all 4 coaches have agreed to return to The Voice for Season 2.
