David Archuleta is on the road with his “My Kind of Christmas” tour. The Season 7 Idol alum is performing a mixture of his songs and beloved Christmas tunes, including tunes from his 2009 Christmas album Christmas from the Heart.

Last night (Dec 3) David performed at the Turning Stone Casino in Verona New York. Watch him perform a gorgeous rendition of “Silent Night” with snow falling. So pretty! And for something from the pop music catalog, here’s “Have Yourself a Merry Little Christmas”

If it’s Christmastime it’s time for a David Archuleta ice show! David performed with Manheim Steamroller and a slew of star ice skaters at Grand Canyon University Arena in Phoenix AZ as part of the Pandora Unforgettable Moments on Ice show.

David Archuleta is in Hong Kong promoting his new single “The Wait” from the Asian edition of his album The Other Side of Down. He tells the crowd at a special acoustic performance at the CASBAA convention, that he’ll be shooting a music video for “Wait” while he’s in the city. Reportedly the shoot is tomorrow (Nov. 3)

Season 7 Idol alums, David Archuleta and David Cook will perform at the Ronald McDonald House in New York on Tuesday November 8th to raise funds in support of children with cancer and their families. Oh, and Season 4 alum, Constantine Maroulis will be there too.

In David Archuleta’s latest video blog, he talks about being excited to go to Hong Kong to do an event with Chanel V. He’ll also be shooting a music video for his song “Wait” from the Asian version of his album, The Other Side of Down. The tune is his next single over there.

David Archuleta Announces “My Kind Of Christmas Tour” (Update: Vlog)

David Archuleta will hit the road this December on what’s become an annual event…his Christmas tour! David’s My Kind of Christmas Tour kicks off on December 1 in Westbury, NY and concludes in Beaver Creek, CO on December 21.

The tour will feature “epic orchestral arrangements of both traditional holiday and familiar classics, as well as an assortment of David’s own, melodic pop favorites.”
