Cassadee Pope Kicks Off Country Radio Tour, Debuts New Music (VIDEO)

Season 3 winner of The Voice (in the United States) and country transplant Cassadee Pope kicked off her month-long radio tour yesterday with an acoustic performance at one of Nashville’s country music stations, WSIX. Check out her performances of 5 tracks from her upcoming album, which is due in the fall. Cassadee plans to debut her single on The Voice on 6/4, and Country Aircheck reports that the CMT docudrama featuring footage of her writing and recording sessions as well as her radio tour will air in September.

“Champagne” (rumored to be her lead single, cowritten by Hillary Lindsey, James Slater, and Ben West)

“Good Times” (cowritten by Sarah Buxton, producer Nathan Chapman, and Blair Daly)

“Wasting All These Tears” (cowritten by Caitlyn Smith and Rollie Gaalswyk – listen to the demo here.)

“Easier To Lie” (cowritten by Max Martin, Savan Kotecha, and Shellback)

“I Wish I Could Break Your Heart” (cowritten by Jon Green, Ashley Monroe, and Gordie Sampson)

What do you think of the new tunes, and what would your pick be for the lead single?
