American Idol season 4 winner Carrie Underwood extended her record for most CMT Music Awards when she won Female Video of the Year for “The Champion” feat Ludacris on last night’s (June 6) live telecast. The singer has won a record breaking 18 CMT Music Awards in all.

The CMT Music Awards, which broadcast live from the Bridgestone Arena, also featured Carrie performing “Cry Pretty” the lead single off of her forthcoming album of the same name.
