Carrie Underwood displays some acting chops playing a youth church group leader, Sarah Hill, in the upcoming film Soul Surfer. The biopic is about teen surfer Bethany Hamilton, who, despite losing her arm in a shark attack, overcame the odds to become a champion again.
Soul Surfer opens on April 8.
