Oh look. Carrie Underwood and her hockey player husband, Mike Fisher have put their Ottawa mansion up for sale.
Built in 2010, the two-storey, five-bedroom, five-bathroom house located at 1135 Spruce Ridge Road is listed for $2.2 million. Sitting on an 11-acre lot, the house with its stone accents boasts a triple car garage, an all-season enclosed porch, a wine cellar, home theatre, wet bar and gym. The property has been listed by Brian Eustace, sales representative and selling partner at Paul Rushforth Real Estate Incorporated, who declined to comment.
Mike played for the Ottawa Senators when he married Carrie, but eventually he was traded away to the Nashville, where the couple now live permanently. It’s been a couple of years, but the two are finally selling the house in Canada.
Check out the swanky digs in this video below. Holy crap…the closets! There is a laundry room on each floor, too.
A realtor who visited he property said that “the use of stone and staged furniture offered a warm, rustic feeling, but with modern amenities.” But, compared to properties in similar locations with similar acreage, the house is overpriced, “banking on the owners’ celebrity status.”
