Candice Glover posted a tiny snip of a song titled “Same Kind of Man” to instagram last night. The song is one of the tracks off of her upcoming album, Music Speaks, set for an October 8 release.
That’s less than 3 weeks away. No new single has been released, and there hasn’t been even a scrap of promo.
Is Candice’s label, Interscope. washing their hands of an Idol winner from a low rated season? I hope not. She has a voice that deserves to be heard. Candice’s throwback sound may not be suitable for the pop charts. But, Season 3 winner, Fantasia, has found success on the R&B charts. There is no reason why Candice couldn’t.
