The next Bachelorette will be Caila Quinn and one of her many suitors will be Jordan Rodgers , brother to NFL quarterback Aaron Rodgers, says a couple of reports from US Weekly magazine.
Caila, as you may recall, was cut after the final 3 spent time with current Bachelor Ben Higgins on a romantic Fantasy Suite date in Jamaica. Unfortunately, it wasn’t romantic enough for the suitor, as he is currently deciding between the two remaining bachelorettes, Lauren Bushnell and JoJo Fletcher, whom he both told he loved. Oh the drama!
Spotted in her hometown of Hudson, Ohio, on Friday, March 4, Caila was said to be “filming her Bachelorette intro package,” an eyewitness told Us. ABC declined to comment.
Viewers last saw Caila on The Bachelor crying after she confessed her love to Ben during Monday’s February 29 episode. “With Caila, I just couldn’t say it,” Ben told the camera of his inability to say I Love You. “There’s just something missing.”
At the TCA winter press tour in January, ABC brass hinted that the next Bachelorette could be black. Paul Lee, the recently axed ABC chief said at the time when reporters asked about the possibility of a black bachelorette, “We have The Farm Team, right? Which allows us to pick the next one. But I’d be very surprised if The Bachelorette in the summer wasn’t diverse. Perhaps I shouldn’t have said that, but I think that’s likely to happen.”

US also reports that Green Bay Packers quarterback Aaron Rodgers’ younger brother Jordan Rodgers is set to woo Caila on the 12th season of the Bachelorette. He was a football player, for the BC Lions in the Canadian Football League before retiring in May 2015. He’s got some time on his hands, obviously.
Jordan signed with the Jacksonville Jaguars as an undrafted free agent in 2013, but was released shortly after. He also briefly played for the Tampa Bay Buccaneers and Miami Dolphins.
