The BB200 Album chart this week starts incorporating streams and sales of singles (1500 to 1 and 10 to 1 respectively). They also introduce a new Top Album chart which is just to track sales. It annoys me that the Album chart just tracks the top 100 instead of the top 200. They could have at least kept it the same size for continuity. RAGE.
Pentatonix moves up to the top of the Digital Album and Internet Album charts this week. WooHoo! Obviously, they continue to spend their 6th week at the top of the Holiday Album chart with “That’s Christmas to Me”. The Holiday 100 and Holiday Streaming chart waer revived this week and Pentatonix tops them both with “Mary, Did You Know?”. They still have 10 of the top 50 songs on the Holiday Digital Chart. Burl Ives tops the Holiday Airplay chart with “A Holly Jolly Christmas”.
Carrie Underwood’s “Something In the Water” continues to top the Hot Christian Songs, Christian Digital and Christian/Gospel Digital charts for the ninth week.
