Jake’s highest chart position was #2 on the Heatseekers – South Central. His “Heaven” was number 3 on the Country Digital Songs chart. Christina Grimmie also charted on a number of charts (and a number of the important charts) with “I Can’t Help Falling in Love” being the highest at #4 on the Heatseeker Songs chart.
