Big Brother 19 Eviction Results Week 7 Recap and Live Blog

Tonight, a double eviction episode of Big Brother 19 airs tonight on CBS. Read a live recap and join the discussion here.

It’s double eviction night! By the end of the hour, two Houseguests will be evicted and sent to the jury house. Cody’s fate seems to be sealed, but who will be following him out the door? Unless Mark or Elena wins HoH tonight, it will most likely be one of them. Will Mark or Elena manage to flip the house, or will Paul and his minions split up Marlena tonight? Let’s find out!

After the Veto Meeting, Cody says that he knew the backdoor plan was coming. He hopes there will be a pathway to safety for him, but he doesn’t believe it’s there. Later on, a fight explodes in the kitchen. Josh calls out Mark for playing both sides, and Alex and Josh yell at Elena for going back on the deal she made to Alex in the Veto competition. In the Diary Room, Cody is hoping the house imploding will somehow save him this week.

It’s now time for the vote. The nominees give their pleas. Elena once again mocks Dominique’s speech. Cody gives a shout-out to his daughter and Jessica. He also calls out Alex and Jason for playing a dirty game, and he tells Matt, Raven, and Paul that Alex and Jason came up with a plan to target them. Matt mentions eating cereal in his speech.

Paul votes to evict Cody.

Mark votes to evict Cody.

Kevin votes to evict Cody.

Josh votes to evict Cody.

Raven votes to evict Cody.

Jason votes to evict Cody.

Christmas votes to evict Cody.

By a unanimous vote, Cody is evicted from the Big Brother house. He walks over the table and exits the door without acknowledging anyone.

Julie asks Cody about trying to expose Alex and Jason before the vote, but Cody admits that was a lie. He actually came up with those plans, not Alex and Jason. He also discusses how he’s been the target for so long and he knew he had no influence in the house. He also explains he didn’t share the information about his daughter earlier because he didn’t want people to use that against him. Julie asks Cody his final thoughts, and he says he just wants to see Jessica and his daughter. Julie asks if he will marry Jessica, and he says he will.

It’s time for the HoH competition. It’s a shuffleboard challenge, and they will face off one at a time. The winner of each round will pick the next two to compete.

Round 1: Matt versus Josh. Josh wins.

Round 2: Mark versus Elena. Mark wins.

Round 3: Josh versus Christmas. Christmas wins.

Round 4: Mark versus Raven. Mark wins.

Round 5: Christmas versus Kevin. Christmas wins.

Round 6: Mark versus Jason. Jason wins.

Round 7: Christmas versus Paul. Christmas wins.

Final Round: Christmas versus Jason. Jason wins.

Jason is the HoH.

Before the commercial break, we see Mark pleading for his life to Jason before everyone congratulates Jason on winning HoH. We also see Mark hug Elena. Both of them realize one of them will likely be leaving the house tonight.

Jason must now make his nominations. He nominates Mark and Elena. Jason says Cody told him that Mark can’t be trusted, and he tells Elena that she can’t be trusted since she went back on her word to Alex.

It’s time for the Veto competition. It’s a puzzle challenge that requires them to assemble three different table puzzles. The first to complete three puzzles will win the Power of Veto. Mark takes a lead, but Jason is close behind. However, Mark wins the Veto! He hugs Elena, and he’s feeling guilty since this will likely seal her fate. She tells him it’s okay and he has to play the game.

It’s time for the Veto meeting. We see Mark express his feelings to Elena before Julie calls the Houseguests to the living room. Mark uses the Veto on himself. Jason names Matt as the replacement nominee.

It’s time for the second eviction. Elena and Matt give their pleas. Elena knows she’s gone, so she gives a heartfelt message to her mother back home. Matt talks about cereal again. Afterwards, it’s time to vote.

Raven votes to evict Elena.

Alex votes to evict Elena.

Mark votes to evict Matt.

Josh votes to evict Elena.

Paul votes to evict Elena.

Christmas votes to evict Elena.

Kevin votes to evict Elena.

By a vote of 6 – 1, Elena has been evicted from the Big Brother house. In her interview with Julie, Elena explains her association with Cody and Jessica made her a target. She said no one wanted to make a big move, and the small target on her back kept growing. Julie asks Elena about her relationship with Mark. Elena admits she does like Mark, and she will let Mark take her out on a date when the season is over.

And that wraps up tonight’s episode of Big Brother 19. Thanks for reading, post your thoughts in the comment section below, and come back next week for another live recap.
