BET Awards – 2012 – Winner’s List (VIDEOS)

The big winners at Sunday night’s BET Awards were  Beyonce and The Throne (Jay-Z and Kanye West).  Beyonce and her husband Jay-Z went head to head in the Video of the Year category, with presenter, Jamie Foxx joking, “there’s gonna be an argument at the crib, trying to see who’s the hottest in the household.”  “Otis” by Jay-Z and Kanye won in the category.

When Kanye began his thank yous after taking the stage, Jay-Z interrupted him, “”Excuse me, Kanye, I’m gonna let you continue, but ….”   Hilarious. Even Kanye laughed at the riff on his infamous interruption of Taylor Swift’s speech at the MTV music awards a few years ago.

Kim Kardashian was Kanye’s date.  Oy.

Astro from X Factor was up for the YoungStars award, but lost to Diggy.

Check out the winner’s list below. I cut a couple of performances including D’Angelo (totally hot) and the long, teary Whitney Houston tribute, that included performances from Mariah Carey, Brandy, Monica, Chaka Khan, Whitney’s mother Cissy Houston and more.

Plus, I’ve posted a playlist of performances from the BET website.
