After tonight’s American Idol 12 final, Angie Miller, tweeted updates on her new single “You Set Me Free.” The bad news is that she won’t be performing it tomorrow night as originally planned. The GOOD news is that the song WILL be going out to iTunes tomorrow night after the finale, as we originally reported.
Angie grabbed the judges attention when she sang the self-penned tune, accompanying herself on piano, during Hollywood week. It was the performance that defined the young singer on the show. So much so, that it took weeks to shake comparisons of anything she performed to that singular moment! The Idol You Tube has nearly 4 million views. No wonder a studio version will be released to iTunes. Bet she sings it on tour, too.
