America’s Got Talent 2025 Quarterfinals 2 RESULTS and LIVE BLOG

The America’s Got Talent 2025 LIVE Results continue tonight (August 27). Eleven acts performed Monday night, only THREE will advance to the semi-finals based on America’s Vote. The judges Simon Cowell, Howie Mandel, Mel B. and Sofia Vergara sit on the judges panel. Terry Crews hosts.

First up, a recap of last night’s show. Mel B. hit her Golden Buzzer on only the second act, rapper/singer Mama Duke. She’s lucky, I am convinced Mama Duke would not have advanced to the semis based on votes. Her performance was ambitious, but less accessible than her audition. Now, she advances straight into the finale.

Simon felt there were only three standout acts, but he does not name them.

Terry Reveals Top 5

Finally time for RESULTS.

Leo High School Choir and Boston Dynamics hit the stage. America has voted. The first act in the Top 5 is…Leo High School Choir. Boston Dynamics is eliminated. No surprise here. The judges mostly dissed Boston Dynamics. Simon is ecstatic with the outcome.

Jonglissimo and Alain Simonov are next. Jugglers Jonglissimo are in the Top 5, Alain Simonov are eliminated. The judges HATED Alain’s magic last night. He didn’t have a chance.

Unreal and Alex Zinger take the stage. OH NOES who could be eliminated? Alex’s joke act doesn’t have a chance. And indeed, Unreal advance to the Top 5. Alex Zinger is eliminated.

Now EDT Dance Team and Duo Stardust are up. Only one is safe. America has voted. Going to the Top 5 is…Duo Stardust. EDT Dance Team is eliminated.

Lastly, Bay Melnick-Vigilio and Ben Hightower learn their fate. America has voted. The act taking the last spot in this week’s Top 5 is…Bay Melnick Vigilio. Ben Hightower is eliminated. Again, no surprises. Ben overplayed his hand last night with a big risk that didn’t exactly land.

Flau’jae performs

The basketball player competed on AGT in 2018. Since then she has been performing concerts as a rapper while also excelling in college basketball. Her late father was also a rapper. Her feature singer, her brother Tray, joins her on stage as she performs new single “Remember When.”

Top 3 Revealed!

Terry announces the three acts heading to the Semifinals. The first act going into the Semifinal is…Unreal! The second act going into the Semifinal is…Bay Melnick Vigilio. And the last act going into the Semifinal is…Leo High School Choir. Seriously? Every remaining act deserved it more. ROBBED.
