The America’s Got Talent 2025 LIVE Results kick off tonight (August 20). Eleven acts performed Monday night, only THREE will advance to the semi-finals based on America’s Vote. The judges Simon Cowell, Howie Mandel, Mel B. and Sofia Vergara sit on the judges panel. Terry Crews hosts. Legendary hair metal band Def Leppard performs tonight.

Metal band, Def Leppard, kicks off the show
Def Leppard open the show. Why are they here exactly? Are they flogging a new album. Nevertheless, they perform their classic 80s hit, “Pour Some Sugar on Me.” The metal fans are in heaven, I suppose. Or not. This performance lacks energy. “Live your dream” is the advice Def Leppard guy has for the acts. OK. The band is promoting their 2026 Las Vegas Residency. Tickets are available now!
It’s time for live results! And of course, up first, a lengthy recap of what happened last night. Sofia gave her golden buzzer to country singer Steve Ray Ladson. The act will advance straight into the finals. Both of Steve’s songs are in the Top 10 iTunes chart. Last night’s song is No. 1 on the country chart.
Terry Reveals Top 5
B. Unique Crew and Phobias take center stage. And after the break, we find out that B. Unique Crew advances, and Phobias is ELIMINATED.
Loco Pop Familia and Citilimitz take the stage! The act going into the Top 5 is….NONE OF YOU!!! Sadz. THAT WAS MEAN PRODUCERS says Simon, as if he, as executive producer, didn’t sign off on that. He advises the boy group, Citilimitz to stay true to themselves.
Now, Tom Sandoval and Shuler King take the stage. America has voted. The next act in this week’s Top 5 is Shuler King. Tom Sandoval is eliminated, to move on to his next reality gig.
Livewire and Jourdan Blue join Terry on stage. Oh noes. They are both good. Maybe they both go through. That’s got to happen after the previous double elimination. America has voted. The act taking the next stop in the Top 5 is…BOTH OF YOU. I knew it. In a clip, Simon reveals that Jourdan was sick with food poisoning last night, hence throwing up before his performance.
The last pair, Charity Lockhart and Sirca Marea take the stage. Charity admits she was very nervous last night. America has voted. The act taking the last spot in the Top 5 is…Sirca Marea. Of course! Charity is eliminated.
Top 3 Revealed!
Now, Terry reveals the Top 3 acts heading to the Semifinals. The remaining two acts will be eliminated.
America has voted! The first act going into the Semifinal is…Livewire! YAY. The 2nd act going into the Semifinal is…Sirca Marea!
The last spot is between Jourdan Blue, Shuler King and B. Unique Crew. And it’s Jourdan Blue! B. Unique Crew is eliminated, dang!
