It’s a good thing that Heidi Klum was out with a mystery illness for The Spyros Brothers amazing diabolo tricks. The poor thing might have lost her head!
In week four of America’s Got Talent 2020 auditions, we get to the point where Heidi has left the studio after developing a cough and fever. No worries! She turned out to be just fine.
In her absence, the empty spot on the panel went to very good use. The routine begins with a bait and switch, as brother Marco Angelo from Queens, New York, originally from the Philippines, begins with a few ho hum diabolo tricks. A few more seconds of that, and Simon Cowell might have smashed his buzzer.
But then his brother appears behind the judges to send a diabolo sailing into the air for Marcos to catch, They play back and forth, using Heidi’s empty spot as a pass through. Howie Mandel and Sofia Vergara look nervous, while Simon revels in the danger he relishes.
