America’s Got Talent 2016 Results Live Blog – Semi Final 2
America’s Got Talent 2016 SEMI FINAL LIVE RESULTS CONTINUE. Five acts will advance, SIX acts will go home based on YOUR VOTES. Tonight, the Top 10 finalists will be revealed. Simon Cowell, Mel B., Heidi Klum and Howie Mandel sit on the panel.
After the requisite recap, we get right to it. The three acts that came in 4th 5th and 6th will compete for the Dunkin save. Host Nick Cannon announces, in alphabetical order: Sofi Dossi, Steven Brundage and Viktor Kee are in danger! They will compete for the Dunkin Save. The Vote is open NOW. Last night, was the BIGGEST VOTE IN AMERICA’S GOT TALENT HISTORY says Nick.
Results! The Passing Zone, Kaden Bart Rockett and The Clairvoyants. Who owned the night yesterday? The first act going into the finals is……..The Clairvoyants. Ridiculous pause there, Nick. The Kaden Bart Rockett kiddies weren’t at their best on a competitive night, and I don’t think The Passing Zone was ever popular–the judges brought them back to perform a trick with Simon. Gimmick.
Next, Andra Day performs her hit “Rise Up” with AGT dance act Blue Journey. The multimedia dance act was superfluous, but Andra Day…WHAT A VOICE. Beautiful.

MORE RESULTS: Kadie Lynn, Calysta Bevier and Brian Justin Crum take the stage. Hm. America has voted. The act going into the finals IS Brian Justin Crum!!! Cancer teen is eliminated. Wow. Simon tells both singers they can walk away with their heads held high.
EVEN MORE RESULTS: Linkin’ Bridge and Jayna Brown are left. The next act into the finals is…Linkin’ Bridge!!! Jayna Brown eliminated. OK, I’m a little surprised Jayna was eliminated. She performed first, and also didn’t attract as much attention as the a’capella group. Simon admits that his heart was with “the boys.” Jayna must have been thrilled to hear that.
Nick pimps the 10 pm Bear Grylls episode featuring judge Mel B. She eats bugs and drank her own pee or she peed on Bear…or something. Also. DANGER.
More filler: Video package featuring Nick conducting a quiz with “shocking” questions about stuff they did. Mel B. stole Nelson Mandela’s toilet paper.
Time for Dunkin Save results: Sofie Dossi, Steven Brundage and Viktor Kee. Who did America choose? The act going into the finals is…Sofie Dossi! One spot left! The judges will decide between Steven Brundage and Viktor Kee.
