3rd Update: According to @michaelsarver1 and @IdolScott, the Idols visited soldiers at Walter Reed Medical Center today. @michaelsarver1 twittered: “So we just visited Walter Reed Army Medical Center. I am humbled in a way I have never been...I don’t think I will ever feel comfortable with the term “idol” attached to my name again…We just met the true American Idols. We are so blessed to have people like that fighting for the USA and freedom across the world…One man said I was his favorite and all that came to mind was your my favorite. He had no right leg and a tore up arm in a wheelchair…And all he talked about was getting up and walking again. What a man, what a fighter. He is my hero and idol not the other way around.”
2nd Update: The Idols sprayed some paps with silly string outside their hotel last night, and one particularly humorless pap let fly with some racial slurs. from @AnoopDoggDesai:”Papps at the hotel. I had a nerf dart gun, and a few guys silly stringed them, and I got called a “stupid fucking Indian.” sweeeeeetttttttt”
