American Idol season 9 winner Lee DeWyze has just dropped a new music video featuring a live performance of his single “The Breakdown.” The tune, about the disintegration of a relationship, is from the singer’s latest album Paranoia.
“For me, making this album was all about exploring what felt right for each song in that moment,” he told Billboard in a recent interview, “It’s a combination of storytelling and emotion meets music. I never want to get bored with what I’m doing in the studio, but this was a way for me to keep things me, while stepping outside of myself to create something new.”
