OH BOY When the Morality Police Attack

And Chris Daughtry is having none of that nonsense.

TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN: After posting a video yesterday, that I casually used the F bomb in, the comments section went nuts! Mostly amazing, encouraging and even grateful for me being so real type comments… others not so much. Doesn’t bother me. However sometimes the line gets crossed. The comment in photo above was sent to me via DM by a “fan” and I can’t tell you how insulted I feel. I usually NEVER respond to this sort of thing but I think today’s the day. Its truly infuriating when people are so full of themselves and their own idea of godliness that they take it upon themselves to be the morality police in the lives of people they don’t even know personally. Instead of showing love, and focusing on their own imperfections, they point at others, judge, insult and dictate how others should live. You are not anyone’s God! Back off! My wife and I are so sick of this shit! Honestly, I can’t take it anymore and I know I’m not alone in this. Comments like this are only causing damage. People are not walking away from God… oh no, they are running from people like you! If you think you are doing GOOD by your judgmental comments, messages, etc. I can tell you that the only thing you’re doing is feeding your own hungry self righteous ego. If you are mad at this please unfollow me. Good day

From Middle School Chorus to Nashville, Kane Brown and Lauren Alaina Team Up for Duet ‘What Ifs’ – The pair first met as teens at their Georgia middle school, where they were in the same chorus class. “He was very, very shy,” Alaina says while discussing the new video. In fact, he rarely even joined in on the singing. “We were sitting in class one day and I heard him humming, and I was like, ‘Can you sing?’ ” Alaina recalls. “And you said, ‘No, I don’t sing in front of people.’ And I was like, ‘Well, you’re going to today.’ ” “He was even better than I thought he would be. When he started singing, I was like ‘Stop singing! I want to be the best singer in class,’ ” Alaina jokes. – Read more at People
